You can keep track of your status updates, coordinate events with family, and have access to you invoices online!


In our constantly evolving world, it is evident that what used to be on paper (or happen face to face) is now also available online.


Indeed, our virtual world has grown since the advent of wireless internet access and mobile devices, allowing the world to be more connected than ever.

At Home Help Companions we understand that many of our customers are online.  We know that our customers are no different than the millions of Americans who go online every day to check status updates, upload photos, or read the latest headlines. But what if you could also check status updates for your loved one under the aide of a caregiver…online?


As many family members want to be in touch with the care of their elderly loved ones, we are now offering family members virtual options to track records of care online (and in real time). With these new options, you will be able to access records of care online from any device with internet access.


With these new options (available to you at no extra cost), you will be able to access records of care online from any device with internet access.


How It Works

You will be receiving an email invitation that gives access to our Online Family Room.  Once in, you are able to do the following:


  1. You can keep track of real-time caregiver status updates
  2. You can coordinate and Schedule events with other family members
  3. You can view your invoices online.


With this online portal, not only would you be able to keep track of the financial aspects of caring for your loved one, but you will also be able to track the care provided for your loved one whenever and wherever you have internet access.


Additionally, whether or not you wish to access our Online Family Room, you can also choose to have invoices sent to you by email. Invoices will be sent in PDF form and can easily be saved to your computer for record keeping purposes.


As mentioned above, these services come at no extra cost to you. They are a part of our mission to provide the best possible care to your loved one and to empower you with the ability to care for them as well.
